Remarks:

• Fees include: basic venue set up, basic facilities, air-conditioning, basic cleaning fee and 30-mins setup and dismantle time
• Minimum hiring period is 3 hours
• Hiring is on first-come-first-served basis
• Hiring cannot be made more than 6 months in advance of the months of hire

Cancellation policy:

• For 20-hour package, cancellation must be made 7 working days in advance (exclude the hiring date).
• For single hiring, the hiring is non-refundable.

If necessary, we provide one-stop event services: from event preparation, promotion and recruitment, catering, venue decoration or IG booth. Don′t worry if you are at zero stage, we are here to help you organize your event from 0 to 100.
